Use of the extension

Shortlist This is provided as a shopping aid that filters and ranks products visible on Amazon.com and Amazon.de search result pages. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use the extension.

You must comply with applicable laws and with Amazon's own terms of service when browsing and purchasing on Amazon.

Access and availability

Shortlist This is not yet publicly available. These terms apply when the extension launches through the Chrome Web Store.

The extension analyzes the product information Amazon shows on the search page at the time of analysis. Amazon changes its pages frequently; features may stop working until the extension is updated, and some product information may be unavailable on a given page.

After launch, install and update the extension only through its Chrome Web Store listing.

Plans and billing

At launch, the free tier — hiding sponsored listings, grouping duplicates, and the neutral transparent ranking with a top-3 shortlist — will be available without payment, account, or time limit.

Pro will be a one-time lifetime license for the price shown at checkout, processed by Stripe. It will not be a subscription and will involve no recurring charges.

The license is bound to a random installation identifier and can be restored to another installation using a verification code sent to the billing email provided at purchase.

No shopping advice

Rankings and scores are produced by deterministic rules applied to the product data visible on the search page. That data comes from Amazon's listings and may be incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or promotional.

A high score is not a guarantee of product quality, price accuracy, availability, or fitness for your purpose. Detected features reflect listing text, not verified product testing.

Purchase decisions are yours. The extension shows its reasoning precisely so that you can check it.

No automated actions

The extension never purchases anything, never opens product pages by itself, never modifies Amazon product links, and never acts on your behalf. Opening a product listing always requires your explicit click.

Independence

Shortlist This is an independent browser extension and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.

No warranty

The extension is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind. Features may change, break, or be removed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for losses or damages arising from your use of the extension or reliance on its output, including purchase decisions made with its help.
